Among these reports, some were focused on improving their interfaces, either for a specific page or for a particular functionality, using their identity.

Please note that all the mock-ups presented here have been anonymized for confidentiality purposes, including logos, colors, and text.
Methodology
As part of each report, we followed a series of specific evaluation criteria to provide recommendations. When creating the mock-ups, we took into account the recommendations from the previous reports, in addition to the clients' specific requests regarding the functionality or pages to be redesigned.
Report Process

Concept Process

Client 1 : Filter and Profile
1. Adding a filter for a search/results page
On the client's website, you could search for some items. The problem was that the user could not filter the results to refind the research that lead to a tiddious task for the user.
A. Defining and make the components that were needed
Here are some of the components I had to create for the prototype:
-
A dropdown menu
-
Single choice (Radio and no icon)
-
Multiple choice (Select and enter text option)
-
-
Text input
-
Number input
-
Slider
-
Date picker (date and period)
B. Adding animations to the components and prototype
Then, I conceived a flow to test the prototype, like a user would. For that I had to animate the state changes and set the conditions to make sure everything was good for the client to test it.

2. Refinding the Profile completion
The profile completion wasn't intuitive, therefore it needed to be refind to be more user friendly.
A. Searching how to make it easier for user to complete their profile
I started by searching references of profile's and how they are completed in similar websites solutions. Then after seeing all that information I summerized it and adapted to help the user using good practices advice.

Client 2 : Filter to sort cards
1 : Propositions according to the input
In this part the aim was to give the user propositions based on the input they entered in the home page's research bar.
A. Defining the criterias and how to select them
The cards displayed a lot of information, they had to be sorted by priority and I had to establish how the user will interact with it.
For exemple, if you need to filter a price, do you use a slider or a text input or even a number input ? Those are some of the questions I've had to ask myself throuhout the process.

Experience feedback
During my apprenticeship, I improved the skill of translating client needs into user-centric solutions while adhering to constraints. This diverse experience enhanced my analytical, my writing, and my organizational skills. Crafting audit reports and wireframes solidified my expertise in heuristic principles, facilitating their seamless application in future endeavors. The positive client feedback I received affirmed the impact of my work to enhanced the user experiences.

Continuously refining my skills throug research and gaining practical experience showcases my commitment to continuously improve in future projects.
